Terms and conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

The conditions established between the Client and Vincke are binding unless both parties agree to any change or explicit modification.<\/p>\n

Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any\u00a0 order received\u00a0 either by phone, fax, e-mail, post or by\u00a0 our commercial agents shall be\u00a0 governed by Vincke Hydraulics\u2019s Terms of Sale.<\/p>\n

Minimum invoice\u00a0\u00a0 50 euros.<\/p>\n

Products out of Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0\u2019s catalogue\u00a0\u00a0 shall be paid \u00a030% \u00a0in advance once the order has been confirmed and cancellation of the same is not permitted.<\/p>\n

Products<\/strong><\/p>\n

The products and brands supplied by Vincke Hydraulics are subject to market variations. Vincke Hydraulics therefore reserves the right to make any modifications it deems necessary to guarantee the technical and economic viability of its products and assemblies.<\/p>\n

Vincke Hydraulics strongly recommends that its clients get in touch with either the Sales or Technical Department (depending on their requirements) when placing an order, in order to clear up any doubts they may have.<\/p>\n

All of the technical specifications for the products may be subject to changes, which would be made known with due notice.<\/p>\n

Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

The valid prices are those stated on the date of the receipt of your order.<\/p>\n

Vincke Hydraulics reserves the right make any modification in prices.<\/p>\n

Transport<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the client pays the freight costs, then Vincke Hydraulics\u2019s liability ends once the merchandise is handed over to the transport company. If we cover shipping costs, then Vincke Hydraulics is responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to the client.<\/p>\n

The client has a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery in which to lodge any claims with Vincke Hydraulics, this is the maximum period accepted by transport companies.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Client is obliged to comply with the conditions established between both parties.<\/p>\n

Any change or modification\u00a0 shall be agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n

Until\u00a0 the invoice is \u00a0paid in full Vincke Hydraulics is the owner of the goods.<\/p>\n

Payments by\u00a0 confirming\u00a0 or\u00a0 by promissory note shall be received at Vincke Hydraulics within 30 days of the invoice date.<\/p>\n

If a\u00a0 payment\u00a0 is not received by \u00a0its due date, Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0shall have the right to charge a default interest rate.<\/p>\n

Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n

All Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0products come with a six-month guarantee, beginning from the moment the client receives delivery of the goods; products that were designed and assembled by Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0have a 12-month guarantee.<\/p>\n

The guarantee will always be provided on the Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0premises.<\/p>\n

Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0will not accept any charges for defective products within the guarantee. If said defect is verified, the material will be replaced. Once the guarantee period has ended, Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0will study the case.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

All costs incurred in the return of goods for any\u00a0 reason beyond Vincke Hydraulics\u2019s responsibility \u00a0shall be paid by the Client.<\/p>\n

We do not accept any return of goods\u00a0 without Vincke Hydraulics prior authorization and subsequent verification.<\/p>\n

If Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0is responsible for paying the return shipping costs\u00a0 it shall only be allowed to return the items by means of a transport agency authorized by Vincke Hydraulics.<\/p>\n

We shall not accept any return\u00a0 of non standard items.<\/p>\n

If the return is not attributable to Vincke Hydraulics\u00a0we shall apply a minimum 15% depreciation fee of the total amount of the returned goods.<\/p>\n

We shall not accept any return of goods 30 days after their reception by the Client.<\/p>\n

Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n
